• Owned technical scoping end to end — discovery, architecture proposal, effort and risk estimation — acting as the authority on what can be sold before it is sold.
• Architected and operated Gala, the company's publishing platform: Cloudflare Workers at the edge, Supabase Postgres as system of record, R2 for media, automated domain provisioning with managed TLS.
• Designed the integration layer binding the platform to GoHighLevel, client CRMs and POS systems — 100+ production n8n workflows with signature-verified webhooks, idempotency keys, exponential backoff and dead-letter routing.
• Removed 39 hours per week of hand-keyed data movement by replacing it with monitored, self-healing automation.
• Led a multi-phase POS implementation program for hospitality clients: scoping, vendor evaluation, integration design, staged rollout across venue operations.
• Led a six-person distributed team across QA, lifecycle automation, integrations and compliance, backend review and growth data.

• Ran the agency end to end — commercial, delivery and operations — with direct P&L over a portfolio of 25+ corporate accounts, while staying the senior technical resource on every engagement.
• Consolidated 21 client sites from fragmented shared hosting onto a self-managed Linux VPS running Docker and Nginx: per-site isolation, automated certificate renewal, Cloudflare DNS/CDN/WAF and scheduled off-server backups — 72% less recurring hosting spend.
• Scoped, designed and delivered custom web platforms: information architecture, UX/UI, custom WordPress and PHP development, performance work and technical SEO.
• Directed paid media and conversion instrumentation across Meta and Google Ads — pixel and server-side events, UTM taxonomy, lead routing into CRM.
